  Took six months to get my mother in laws passing year plaque ordered with constant reminders and follow up. Then we visit and find out it was completely the wrong style. It would have been impossible not to notice this when they put in on-it was half the size of the other year plaques and gold instead of bronze. Unacceptable.
  
  After visiting monthly for the last year, it is apparent that the grounds are not well maintained (pretty much anything other than mowing). Weeds grow all over the gravesites. The headstones are not trimmed and many are being overrun.
